Paul Darrouzet is an Australian entrepreneur who transformed the dilapidated Abell Point Marina into Coral Sea Marina Resort, creating a premier superyacht destination in Airlie Beach, Queensland. With a background in mining and construction, he co-founded the Foxleigh Joint Venture coal mine before selling to Anglo Coal. In 2013, Darrouzet acquired the marina with a vision to create the "Monaco of the South Pacific." His decade-long investment resulted in 520 berths accommodating superyachts up to 80 meters, earning multiple global accolades.
