Lisa Airasca is a yachting professional with over two decades of experience spanning charter management, yacht brokerage, marketing, and events. As Head of Charter Management Europe at Fraser, Lisa oversees a global fleet of more than 50 superyachts and leads one of the industry’s most experienced charter management teams. She works closely with yacht owners to define each vessel’s charter potential, market positioning, and long-term commercial strategy, drawing on first-hand market knowledge, tailored representation, and a strong understanding of ultra-high-net-worth clients. After graduating with highest honours in Marketing and Communication in Italy, Lisa began her career in the luxury sector, developing her expertise with prestigious brands and institutions before moving into yachting with Morley Yachts, a respected boutique brokerage in Monaco. There, her involvement in client relations, charter, and sales gave her a rare inside-out understanding of the business, as well as the priviledge to work with some of the world’s most iconic yachts, including the legendary CHRISTINA O. She later joined Royal Yacht International, where she played a pivotal role in developing its Charter Management department and further refined the strategic approach that has become one of her professional hallmarks. Known for her responsiveness and well-timed sense of humour, Lisa brings precision and practical judgement to a field that rarely stands still. At the African Boating Conference 2026, she will explore yacht charter as a driver of growth, visibility, and long-term opportunity within Africa’s emerging superyacht landscape.
