Cyril Mahafahana is a hospitality and maritime professional with over 8 years of experience spanning food & beverage management, guest relations, watersports, and yachting. Born in Madagascar and raised between a lodge and a sailing yacht, he has combined his passion for hospitality and the sea into a career guiding and supporting superyachts in Madagascar. As Founder of Madagascar Yacht Services and Akomba Kite Center, Cyril focuses on showcasing the country’s natural wonders, rich culture, and unique wildlife to visiting yachts. His career includes senior roles in luxury resorts across the Caribbean, Thailand, Morocco, and Madagascar, along with yachting experience on renowned superyachts such as S/Y Perseus³ and S/Y Rosehearty. Fluent in Malagasy, French, English, Spanish, and Italian, Cyril brings a guest-centric approach, deep local knowledge, and a strong maritime skill set.
