His extensive background spans motorboat production, superyacht manufacturing, and high-quality mast rig production for prestigious campaigns including the America's Cup. Chris holds a National Certificate in Boatbuilding (Composites) along with various management and industry qualifications. As Chief Executive of MAST Academy, Chris leads a dedicated team focused on advancing skills and knowledge in marine, composites, and specialised technology sectors. His mission centers on collaborating with learners and employers to ensure individuals are equipped with the necessary skills to build successful careers and businesses.
