Adam Ramsden is Group CEO of Flexiteek International, a global leader in engineered synthetic decking and marine products. With more than 17 years’ experience in the marine and leisure industries, Adam has managed a number of businesses across both corporate and privately-owned environments, developing extensive expertise in international operations, commercial strategy and business growth. Adam began his career in motor racing, spending 12 years as part of the Senior Leadership Team at Goodridge, an internationally recognised performance business supplying motorsport and premium vehicle markets. He joined Flexiteek International as Group CEO in March 2025, where he leads the Group’s global operations and commercial strategy. Adam works closely with boat builders, distributors and marine professionals worldwide to drive sustainable growth, strengthen partnerships and expand Flexiteek’s presence in key marine markets. His leadership comes at an important stage in Flexiteek’s development, as the Group continues to expand internationally while advancing product innovation, quality, sustainability and customer service.
