My leadership focus is based on developing effective leaders who establish and sustain frameworks that ensure business sustainability and progress for Africa’s dynamic boat building environment. My primary goal is to “add value” through business development and the integration of the principles of sustainability within strategic sectors of the economy. By maintaining an adaptable and resilient approach to business issues, I can enhance my potential to contribute to responsible and sustainable development practices. I am committed to achieving results in a professional manner through my holistic view of all integrated decisions and strategy applied to any specific project mandate. My primary attributes revolve around solid ethical and responsible leadership values. I am driven by a sense of urgency to apply my skills to navigate a course through the many diverse issues confronted by our business in sub-Saharan Africa.
