Nadja is a Senior Charter Broker with DMA Yachting, bringing more than 14 years of experience across the global superyacht industry. Before moving into charter brokerage, Nadja spent over a decade working aboard some of the world's leading superyachts, progressing through senior roles as Chief Stewardess and Purser. Her onboard career also included four years as Interior Operations Manager on a 75 metre new build project, giving her an in depth understanding of yacht operations and the guest experience. Today, Nadja advises an international client base on private yacht charters across the Mediterranean, Caribbean and other leading cruising destinations, specialising in creating highly personalised experiences and matching clients with the right yachts, crews and itineraries. Based in Cape Town and working internationally, Nadja also mentors industry professionals and charter brokers and is passionate about developing local talent and strengthening South Africa's connection to the global superyacht community. Her combination of onboard experience, operational knowledge, charter market expertise and understanding of today's charter clients gives her a unique perspective on Southern Africa's potential as an emerging superyacht charter destination and wider industry hub. Nadja is actively involved in the international charter community, attending leading yacht shows and industry events worldwide.
