With over two decades of HR leadership experience across the automotive manufacturing, FMCG, consulting, and maritime industries, she brings deep insight into workforce development, operational excellence, and organisational transformation. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Pretoria and is a registered Industrial Psychologist.
