Theo Loock is Managing Director of Robertson and Caine, South Africa's leading catamaran manufacturer known for its Leopard brand. Since 2021, he has guided the company through its acquisition by Vox Ventures, representing one of the largest foreign investments in South Africa's marine industry. With extensive experience in industrial engineering and executive roles across mining, automotive, and heavy manufacturing, including CEO of Metair Investments, Loock is passionate about craftsmanship and efficiency. Under his leadership, the company operates ten Cape Town facilities with over 2,600 staff and recently completed its 3,000th vessel. He emphasises quality, innovation, customer-centric design, and workforce development, training 145 new composite trainees to strengthen the local boatbuilding industry.
